Cancellations

Due to our high number of bookings, deposits and payment plan bookings are non refundable.

 

Reimbursement in the form of a credit (which is valid for up to 12months) is provided instead. ​

Wet Weather

​

Sunshine is not always guaranteed, so in the interest of your special day we recommend having a backup location (indoors)  so as to ensure that the event can still proceed as planned.
